· Used to go aerobic classes but can’t keep up and stopped

Anna :
· 18 years old
· Plays netball
· Grappling for breath after game only for 15 mins and coughing
· Having cold and weird sensation on chest> experienced before
· Have paroxysmal nocturnal dypsnae with coughing and wheezing at night for the past 3 nights
· Tightness on chest
· Smoking
· Yoga
· Runny nose and teary eyes when her mom dusting the house > allergic to dust
· Start coughing when cat is in house
· Got allergies. Had eczema since young
Differential diagnosis
· Asthma

· Recurrence of eczema
